Page 1

Here is a listing of all cats currently available for adoption at LCHS

OL' YELLER is a 5 year old orange cat with a sad past. He was kept in the back of a pick up truck, in a small crate, with 8 dogs. They all  lived in the back of that truck for MONTHS. Needless to say, it took a little while for him to trust us, but he does. Animals are so loving & forgiving. Come see Ol' Yeller, you'll be glad you did.

ASHLEY is about 1 year old. She is very uniquely marked. She's a very sweet girl, and she's in Main room waiting for visitors.......

KC is guessed to be around a year old. He gets along well with the other cats, although he would prefer to be the only cat in your life. He loves to be the center of attention and would love to be doted on. Could you be the family for him? Come see him in Edith's room today!

PUGI is around 11 to 12 years old. He enjoys quiet days. He loves to look out the window in the Main Cat Room, and enjoys spending time with the other cats,  although he is mostly a bystander and not a player! If you could give Pugi a good home for the rest of his life, come on in!

OTIS doesn't seem to be taking his mug shot very serious! Otis is quite the ham in our main room and is a good little boy that is very well liked!  Come and visit with him...he'll win you over!

BLACKIE is a sweet middle aged kitty.  She loves a good tummy rub and is one of the greeters in Edith's room.  She is front declawed and she also wanted to tell you that she is excited to have a real family of her own! (Caught here taking a nap!)

APRIL was left on the doorstep at the Humane Society, in a box with 6 kittens! Poor girl, she was very thin and covered in fleas. She has come full circle! She is a beautiful angel, and all her kittens are grown up and healthy! April is in our Main Cat Room, she doesn't care for the other cats much, but would do well in a home where she could be the only pet!

SPECKS
is one cool cat! And he knows it! Here he is telling me 'no more pictures!' And he did get his way, so you'll have to come visit this great cat in Edith's room to see his handsome eyes! He's around 2 years old, and would prefer a home with older kids.

MISTY is a very sweet girl in need of a forever home. She is in Edith's room waiting for visitors. Won't you come spend an afternoon snuggling with her? It just may lift your spirit too!

MONIQUE
is a very special mommy. She raised her 5 kittens, and then raised a little orphan (Bobbie). We all love her so much here. Come visit her in Edith's room and you'll fall in love too.

MUFFY
was rescued out of the sewer by one of our amazing volunteers. He's still a little scared, but with some TLC, he's sure to be a wonderful addition to your family.

SHADOW
her story is a lot like Ninja's. Found outside the shelter, she had a lot of trust issues. But she's coming around. She is guessed to be 6-7 months old. She has a little bit of brown hair around her nose, it adds a lot of personality though! She is in the Kitten Room!

THERESE
has had a rough start. She was rescued from a home that she, and other cats, had been abandoned. She was the only survivor.  She has started to trust all of us in the shelter, but really needs a good family to show her what love is all about. She is in Edith's room.

NELLIE
is a 6 month old pretty girl. She is a sweet loving kitten. And just beautiful. Come see her in the main cat room.

GIADA
is a beautiful tortie. She does NOT like her picture taken though! She is a sweet fun loving cat. She had a litter of kittens, but they have all been adopted. Come see her in the main cat room!

JOY is a very silly cat. She tends to like to be alone, but enjoys peoples company at times too. She is a beautiful longhaired tortie color. She loves to run around Edith's room and play! Come see her today!

LYDIA is around 7 years old. Her owner passed away and she was brought to the shelter. She enjoys being with people but she also enjoys her quiet time. She would be perfect in a home with older children. Lydia is in Edith's room.

ABBIE
is a 2-3 year old Abyssinian mix. She had 4 kittens when she came in, 2 are still available (Libby & Oscar). She is a very sweet girl, but her owner became ill & could no longer care for her & her kittens. Come visit Abbie in Edith's Room.
